All of our items are printed on demand. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing (us receiving your order, crafting your product).

If you order an out-of-stock or backorder item, you will be notified via e-mail.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct! Once you receive your tracking number, your shipping address cannot be changedKarma Outfitters will not issue refunds for undeliverable orders due to incorrect addresses. As the customer, you are responsible for entering your address correctly.


Upon shipping, you will receive an e-mail that your order has shipped. This e-mail will include a tracking number. This is the holy grail of keeping up with your order. Once it's in the trusty hands of the USPS, Karma Outfitters no longer has access to it. Our insight into where your order is after it leaves us is the same as yours: via the package tracking.

Please check your tracking number for updates on delivery. If your tracking says Delivered, but you have not received it, contact your local USPS office first, and open a missing package case. Maybe your neighbors have it, or your leasing office.

Domestic delivery can take up to 7 business days from the shipping notification. From the time you receive a notification that your item(s) has shipped, it can take up to 48 hours to update on the USPS site.

If you have not received your package past those thresholds, please contact us immediately so we can investigate. If we determine your package was lost prior to transit, we will send you a new product. Karma Outfitters reserve the right to determine when/if an order will be re-sent depending on the circumstances and size of the order. 


If you're unhappy with your purchase in any way, you have up to 7 calendar days from your delivery date to return your phone case for a full refund, no questions asked. You are responsible for shipping costs to return your item to Karma Outfitters. Please return to the address on your package's shipping label.

Exchanges due to choosing the incorrect size phone case for your device are not permitted. Please ensure you're choosing the right phone case size before checking out!

If your phone case arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Concierge team immediately at Your case will be replaced with the same style and size case as your original order.

Please ensure all order details are correct prior to completion/payment. This includes shipping address information. Once your tracking number has been generated, not even the most powerful witches can change the shipping destination.
